How much is shipping?
Flat $7.99 standard shipping on orders under $50. FREE shipping on orders $50 and over.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days. Most orders ship within 1 business day of order confirmation. Tracking number provided when your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Need it faster? Email daniel@scbvending.com within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to upgrade your shipping.
Gift Boxes & Custom Orders
Can I customize a gift box?
Yes. For custom packs and corporate orders, request a quote. Proposal back within 1 business day.
Can I add a personalized note?
Yes — at checkout, add your message in the order notes. Hand-written and included in the box.
Do you do bulk orders?
Absolutely. Orders of 10+ gift boxes get tiered pricing. Orders of 50+ qualify for additional volume discounts. Contact us for a quote.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
For bulk corporate orders shipping to individual recipients, yes — provide a recipient list at checkout or email it to daniel@scbvending.com.

Is there a first-order discount?

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Allergens & Dietary
Are your products nut-free or vegan?
Many of our snacks contain nuts, milk, soy, or wheat. We can't guarantee allergen-free packaging. If you have a dietary restriction, mention it in your order notes and we'll do our best to substitute.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email daniel@scbvending.com with a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
