Common questions before you order.

For orders under 30 boxes, we typically turn around in 1–2 business days. Larger orders (50+) should be placed 3–5 business days ahead to allow time for custom ribbon printing. Urgent orders? Email Daniel directly at Daniel@scbvending.com — we'll do our best.
Insert cards are available on any order (10+). Branded sticker seals start at 25 boxes. Custom ribbon printing (your logo on the bow) is available at 50+ boxes — that's the visual upgrade most people mean by "branded." All minimums are per order, not cumulative.
Orders under 50 boxes are due on delivery (credit card, ACH, or Zelle). Orders of 50+ boxes qualify for Net-30 invoicing — great for purchasing teams that need an invoice-based flow. First-time large orders may require a 50% deposit.
We deliver across the South Bay: San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Campbell, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Mountain View, and surrounding areas. Free local delivery is included on orders of 50+ boxes. Smaller orders have a flat $5.99 delivery fee.
Yes. We can build nut-free, gluten-free, vegan, or low-sugar assortments. Just note your requirements in the quote form and Daniel will confirm what's possible. For large mixed orders (e.g. 10 nut-free, 40 standard), we'll label the boxes clearly.
