Not happy with your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery? Email Daniel and we'll make it right — refund, credit, or replacement. Your call.

What happens in each scenario

Something arrived damaged

Email Daniel@scbvending.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll reship the affected items or refund them within one business day. You keep everything — no return shipping required.

Wrong item in my order

Our mistake, our fix. Email Daniel with your order number and what you received. We'll send the correct item next-day or refund the item — whichever you prefer.

I didn't like a snack

Taste is subjective — we get it. Email Daniel, tell us what didn't land, and we'll credit your next order or swap the item. We'd rather fix it than lose you as a customer.

Gift box issue

Allergic item, wrong contents, damaged on arrival — same policy. Email Daniel within 48 hours. Gift purchases are treated with the same guarantee as direct orders.

I want a cash refund

Email Daniel@scbvending.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Stripe.

🗒️ How to request a return or refund

Send to Daniel@scbvending.com. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue.

Attach a photo if applicable

Damaged items or wrong orders — a single photo is enough. We won't ask for 6 angles and a police report.

We respond same day (usually)

Daniel reads every email. You'll hear back the same business day in most cases, never more than 24 hours.

Refund or replacement processed immediately

Once approved, refunds are initiated the same day. Replacements ship next business day.

What's not covered

We can't refund for the following:

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Buyer's remorse on items not yet opened (we can sometimes offer a credit — email us)
  • Expired promo codes or gift cards that were not applied at checkout
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address entered at checkout

If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, email Daniel anyway. We'd rather hear about a borderline case than have you go away unhappy.
